Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Kenya. Express shipping options are available for next-day delivery in major cities. International shipping times vary by destination but usually take 7-14 business days.

C - Chain: Check that the chain runs smoothly, is well-lubricated, and isn't showing signs of rust or excessive wear.

A helmet is essential for safety. Other basics include a good quality lock (U-locks are more secure than cable locks), a water bottle and cage, and a spare repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, and a pump).
